Datos Personales del Solicitante:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Son los datos del ingresante a la carrera<\/span>: Apellido, nombre, DNI, fecha de nacimiento, nacionalidad, estado civil, domicilio completo (calle, n\u00famero, manzana, block, casa, piso, dpto, etc), localidad, c\u00f3digo postal , provincia de residencia, tel\u00e9fono fijo y m\u00f3vil (incluir c\u00f3digo de \u00e1rea, c\u00f3digo de red y n\u00famero, por ejemplo: 0342-4572912 si es fijo o 0342-154-321654 si es m\u00f3vil) y correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>2. Datos del Nivel Secundario:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Son los datos de la escuela o colegio donde el ingresante complet\u00f3 sus Estudios Secundarios, Medios o Polimodal<\/span>: Nombre del establecimiento, domicilio, localidad, provinvcia, t\u00edtulo obtenido y a\u00f1o de egreso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>3. Datos del Trabajo: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Son los datos correspondientes al trabajo del ingresante<\/span>: Ocupaci\u00f3n, cargo, oficio y nombre del lugar de trabajo, domicilio y tel\u00e9fono laboral y horarios (por ejemplo: LuMiVi 07.30\/13.30 y MaJu 14.00 a 18.00; Lu a Vi 08.00 a 12.00 y 16.00 a 20.00; Rotativos, etc)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>4. Carrera a la que se Inscribe:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Deber\u00e1 seleccionar la carrera a la que desea ingresar.
